Shipping and Return Policy

Made to Order Original Collection

For items from the Original made to order Collection, we produce and ship within approximately 3 weeks after order confirmation (unless otherwise specified).

Ready-to-ship Studio Collection

Items from our Studio ready to ship Collection are dispatched within 2–5 business days, depending on stock and processing.

Shipping zones & fees

Domestic (Switzerland): 9CHF or free click and collect in Geneva
EU (outside Switzerland): 12CHF — these will be updated at checkout after entering delivery country

Customs, taxes & duties

For shipments outside Switzerland, import taxes, customs duties or other local fees may apply — these are the responsibility of the customer.
omitsuta cannot be held responsible for any customs-related costs, delays or fees imposed by the customs/local authorities of your country.

Tracking & delivery

Once your package is dispatched, we will send you a confirmation email with a tracking number so you can follow its progress.
Please ensure the shipping address is correct. If delivery fails due to an incorrect or incomplete address, or if the parcel is refused — any re-shipping costs are borne by the customer.

We want you to be happy with your purchase. Here are our return & exchange conditions:

You may request a return or exchange within 14 days of delivery.
Items must be returned in their original condition — unworn, unwashed, with tags attached, and in their original packaging.
Returns must be shipped back by a trackable shipping method (with tracking number), at your expense (unless otherwise agreed).
Once we receive the returned item and confirm its condition, we will process your refund or exchange. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 14 calendar days of receiving the returned goods.
Please note: Made-to-order items (Original Collection) cannot be canceled or exchanged once production has started.

omitsuta is not responsible for delays due to customs, import procedures or local postal services beyond our control.
Return shipping costs are always borne by the customer, unless the return is due to a defect or a mistake on our part.
